Not everyone enjoys the process of designing their sanctuary, nor do they have the time. Entrepreneurship requires more than most can even begin to understand - but I understand - which is why I’ve created this opportunity.

CUSTOM BUILD

  • At max, a 2 week turnaround for custom build. However, a more specific timeline will be determined during our strategy call.

    • Strategy Session (45 - 60 min):
      We explore your aesthetic, values, and energetic blueprint. You’ll share your branding (colors, fonts, logo, and imagery) along with any additional information that we deem necessary during our session. I will need your website copy to add in. In order to maintain the layout as much as possible, I will do some light editing if need be but my intent is to stay true and committed to you. Which means not altering your divine expression.

    • Full Template Customization:
      I use The Keepsake as your starting ground and refine it into something deeply you. Woven with clarity, cohesion, and care.

    • One Round of Refinements:
      After delivery, we fine-tune based on how it feels in your body and to your audience.

    • Tutorial Access + 30-Day Support Container:
      You’re never left hanging. You’ll receive personalized walk-throughs and light-touch support for any tech questions that come up.

How do I know what’s right for me?!

I truly believe that you have answers to so much more than you may even consciously realize. What matter’s the most (to me) is that you aren’t feeling forced or coerced into a decision that ultimately isn’t right for you. That said - you are allowed to take your time. To process, to think, to really discern what avenue suits you.

  • What do I need to do to prepare for a Custom Keepsake Build?

    You’ll need to gather all of your branding material (logo, color palette, fonts, any copy you’ve prepared, photos etc.). If you have a domain already from a different site, I can support you in transferring that over as well. Our strategy session allows me to tap into your energy and desires, so there will be some fun little homework assignments for you BUT they’re meant to be PLAYFUL - not stress inducing.

  • What if I don’t have any copy but I’m really interested in using this service?

    One of the skills that allow me to work in the sectors I’ve worked in, is my ability to be flexible, adaptable, and work with you. I have boundaries AND I’m realistic to the fact that we’re all only human and sometimes our needs look different. 

    That said! If you need to write copy, please let me know in the client application form or immediately during our strategy session. It may interfere with the “typical” timeline but I will provide you with prompts and a questionnaire to help clear your mind and get you exactly where you need to be.

  • What about the mobile site? Will that be optimized?

    Absolutely! It’s 2025.. Your website needs to be mobile friendly.

  • Do I need to know how to code to use this service?

    Absolutely not! I take care of all of that and you’ll receive a support library directed to you specifically just in case any technical issues come up that you need to address post our extended support window. Regardless, squarespace is super intuitive which is why I love, love, love this platform. 

  • Do you have a payment plan?

    For the diy template and the Custom Keepsake, for the moment, I do not offer a payment plan.

  • Can I cancel or reschedule if needed?

    Both DIY Templates and the Custom Keepsake Build are non refundable. If you are doing a custom build, I want you to really make sure that you are available for the process. I do enjoy my solitude when I’m in a creative vortex so I really won’t bother you for the majority of our process however, I will ask for your availability for deliverables and any other additional times we identify during our strategy session. 

  • What is your return policy?

    Because all projects are digital, I do not offer refunds. This is where and why I encourage you to tap into your authority. Follow what feels right for you. If you do have any questions, you are more than welcome to reach out to me.

  • Are there any additional requirements?

    Squarespace Subscription: To launch, you will need a squarespace subscription and you do need a Business Plan. However, you will receive 10% off your first annual subscription plan and 3 free months before publishing! Meaning that you have a little time to breathe in between if need be.

    Domain Name: A domain is the name of your website (corrinearaujopsyche.com) This can easily be done through squarespace and if need be, I can support you with this process.

  • What are the licensing terms?

    Ooooo! Great question! 

    Each purchase grants you a license for one website. 

    It’s non exclusive and non transferable. So this is literally your sanctuary in your little corner of the world. How beautiful is that?!

    I will provide an affiliate link and ask that you keep that in the footer of your website just for recognition. Plus - as an affiliate, you get a little cut just from simply sharing and spreading the love. 

    My work is a literal creation from my soul - period, point blank. So by giving credit and honoring these licensing terms, you are receiving a special little place in my heart filled with appreciation that words can’t even begin to describe. 

    If you happen to be a designer or developer yourself and are like.. Well.. I need to use the Keepsake - you can absolutely purchase another one! What’s imperative to remember is that each new project requires a new license.

  • What’s not included in the fee?

    SEO customization
    Any alternative premium plug-ins
    Specialized fonts or licensed images that aren’t provided by you in advance.
