Pre - Session Strategy Call (30 - 45 min)

We clarify your vision, co-map priorities, and walk through your moodboard together. I’ll provide prompts, visual references, and sites to explore so you’re not left to figure it out on your own along with a list and timeline of what I’ll need.

7 - Hour VIP Design Day (solo focus)

You hand me the reins. I step into your world, and build in sacred solitude - free to move, refine, and create something that feels like you.

Next Day Check In

A light-touch review (approximately 30 minutes). If something feels drastically misaligned with your vision, we’ll address it here.

  • What do I need to do to prepare for a Squarespace Design Day?

    We’ll have a 30 - 45 minute strategy session where we will dive deeper into what I’ll need, where to begin, how to begin, etc. however, to make sure that we are making the most out of our time together, I’ll need access to website copy, images, fonts, graphics, and log in details. 

    Our strategy session allows me to tap into your energy and desires, so there will be some fun little homework assignments for you BUT they’re meant to be PLAYFUL - not stress inducing.

  • What if I don’t have an existing site, can you build me a new one?

    That would be a separate offering which I can absolutely help you out with! But in regards to this specific offering, no.

  • What about the mobile site? Will that be optimized?

    Yes! Chances are that’ll be done the following day so I can make sure all my energy is going into your checklist first and then any tweaking that needs to be done can happen.

  • How available do I need to be on the Design Day?

    You don’t need to! As long as I have everything I need going into design day which will be triple checked the day before - then I actually prefer for you to be doing your own thing. When I go into a creative vortex, interruptions really impose on my process so I actually ask to not be in contact the day of.

  • Do you have a payment plan?

    Yes. You can pay 50% when booking and the other 50% the day before design day.

  • Can I cancel or reschedule if needed?

    Since these are so intensive I do not offer refunds and require at least 7 days notice in advance for rescheduling. I don’t offer cancellations because of the amount of time and energy I commit to this behind the scenes even in preparation for the design day. So I do ask that if you choose to do an intensive, you’re serious about it. 

    Realistically, there’s not a lot that you’re needed for in regards to the design day and I make sure of that so you can continue on with whatever you need to do. (That’s why you’ve hired me - to give me the reins for the day) The process doesn’t require a lot of intimate time together.

  • What if we don’t get through my whole wish list?

    During our strategy session I will be able to give you an idea of what we can accomplish and what’s realistic. This is a time-bound service and although I can work quickly, we do have limitations with how much can be done in a small amount of time. Once we finish our strategy session and I gather all that you’re looking for/your needs, I’ll have a realistic idea of what can be done and that will be clearly communicated with you. 

  • Will I get support after our Design Day?

    Yes. The following day we’ll do a check in call but I offer 30 days of post support in case any technical issues are coming up. I will provide a library of recorded tutorials for support as well which is encouraged for you to access. 

  • How soon can I get started?

    We need at least 2 weeks in advance so we can do the strategy session and collect all that’s needed. 

  • I’m in a different time zone than you. How does that work?

    No worries! Let me know what time zone you’re in and we go from there.

  • What’s not included in the fee?

    Premium plug-ins, specialized fonts or licensed images that aren’t provided by you in advance. Remember, this is a time-bound service. So customizations that require a little more time and are more intimate, aren’t as limited by time. Regardless, there’s a lot I can do with Squarespace just from the platform itself and with a little CSS.
